Each location offers a well-rounded portfolio designed to return critical engine and driveline parts to serviceable condition. Blocks, heads, crankshafts, rods, and flywheels are measured, machined, and finished using methods that support proper clearances, sealing surfaces, and balance so the engine runs as intended after reassembly.

Cylinder boring and sleeve work

When a block shows wear, scoring, or an overbore that has reached its limit, we can bore and hone to the next oversize or install repair sleeves when wall integrity is compromised. The result preserves the original block while restoring straight, round cylinders with the correct surface finish for ring seating. We can source oversize pistons to match the new bore or resize to fit sleeved cylinders as needed.

Cylinder head resurfacing

Overheating and head gasket failures often leave the deck out of flat. We resurface to restore a uniform sealing surface that meets factory flatness and finish requirements, helping gaskets seal correctly and ensuring valve-to-piston clearance remains within spec. Heads can also be cleaned to remove carbon and deposits prior to inspection and assembly.

Flywheel grinding

Manual-transmission clutches rely on a flat, clean flywheel face. A worn or heat-spotted flywheel can cause chatter, slip, or short clutch life. We grind the surface so a new clutch can bed evenly; for stepped flywheels, the specified step height is maintained. Having the flywheel serviced when you replace the clutch supports consistent engagement and durability.

Crankshaft and connecting rod reconditioning

A crank with journal wear can frequently be saved by grinding to the next undersize and polishing for proper oil film. This is often more economical than a replacement crankshaft. Connecting rods are cleaned, checked for bend and twist, fitted with new bolts where required, and honed to restore correct big-end dimensions. The aim is a set of parts that assemble without additional machine work.
